Have you ever compared the 7 to the 3 points and are those 7 points the same for women because its a big difference. I have always used that site as well but my clients are losing fat by the caliper readings over time and exrx says they are gaining fat. One client went from 50 to 30 on her supra iliac and lost 14 inches overall and exrx said she lost 19 lbs of muscle and gained 21 lbs of fat. She did gain a few lbs but lost a dress size. This happened again to another client so I started to question the exrx calculator. I compared it to ace but they don’t have a 7 pt calculator.
