Is Farrell’s a workout/nutrition program that is a chain? I’m not sure how the program works exactly, but you would need to consider the number of days the client is working out and plan their one-on-one sessions accordingly. I would make sure they are not overtraining.

Did you do a detailed consultation with the client? If you know exactly what, how much and when the client is doing the Farrells workouts, you will be able to better design a program to crosstrain the client.
Overtraining may be a concern to watch for here.
