While you are waiting for a trainer to design your program, I suggest you begin making a habit of light activity. Schedule things like walking and some other actvities into your calendar to start making it a habit to move. Figure out when you have time for activity and attempt to do some thing at those times as much as possible. Developing a routine of activity will pay off when you start working with a fitness instructor and already have the drive to exercise on schedule.
