What are some ideas for class titles for older adults that incorporate strength, cardio and flexibility training?

We have a class called Forever Fit slightly more advanced than our Silver Sneakers class which is trademarked.

Hi Janet,

I assume you want to highlight in your title that the class is geared towards older adults. One good way is to call it anything ‘silver’.

So a class of your description could be a ‘Silver Combo’.
