I know a few people who use it and swear by it. But they were already exercising and use it as a way to eaily track and post their accomplishments. They find it really easy to use as well.
I would hope that it would get people who were not exercising or not exercising to the levels they need to be to meet their goals, doing more, but I’m not sure that any device will do that. Those changes need to be made more from within. However, if it helps to encourage them to do more because they can easily use and track their progress…then I’m all for it!
