I would like to add a word of caution. I would recommend directing the particiopants to start any new exercises with less weight than they would initially choose to use for the new exercise. Especially with movement and momentum combination that is a huge part of kettle bell exericses.
A vast amount of kettlebell exercises are done in the sagittal plane. Consider ones in the frontal and transverse plane to add some rotation and lateral movements. It may be generalized, but something to keep in mind. 🙂
