I think for me I worried about doing a good job with each client. Confidence came with experience. I didn’t necessarily have any negative experiences, but I do remember a rookie mistake. I had just finished a cardio fit test with one of my first clients, and I forgot to have her remove the chest strap when were done reading the results. She forgot, too, and ended up driving home with it still on her. Oops!! (She did return it). 🙂
For me, not doing enough marketing for myself was the one thing I wish I could have done better. I relied too much on others to get clients and that lead me to depend on them more than I should have. I wish I could have done more networking so I could get my name out there and at the same time expand my horizons and options sooner.
PS. Thanks for liking my business fb page :-)! Let me know if I can reciprocate or if there’s content you’d like to see more of, and I’ll see what I can do.
