I love that your focus is on helping women grow their fitness business.
One idea I have taking the time to grow and nurture your current client base. Are we giving our current clients the best service we can offer? The fitness industry is so competitive, and we are constantly seeking that next line of revenue, or client. Going the extra mile, and taking the time to grow what we already have will result in happier clients and members, who may talk to others or be a source of referrals (revenue) in the future.
That being said, another topic for business growth would be to discover what separates you from the all the rest. Again, the fitness industry is very competitive, so what can you offer that fills a void or niche in the industry? Just something to think about.
