need exercises using cables
Wow so many, here are a few
Abdominal crunches holding cables, on knees or prone lying.
Reverse curl with cable attached to feet-low pully leg pull-in.
Obliques holding cable in one hand, then the other. Wood chops, high and low.
Bench kneeling low pulley back kick
Lat pulldowns, squat and row, standing row, seated one arm row, seated row
Standing heel raises,
Chest low pully laterals, pec cross overs,
Bicep curls, tricep pressdowns
Shoulder laterals raises
Shrugs
The question is more what can’t you do with cables?
Reverse fly, cross the handles and spread apart
step ups, for strength or cardio
kickbacks,
stiff legged deadlift, stradle the cable; may need a step for height
squat press,
bench press (incline, flat, and decline),
If you have a cable system like the Free Motion dual cable cross (with 2 independent weight stacks) then the possibilities and variations just keep going.
