Hello Nitin,
What equipment do you currently have for your classes?
Are you starting from scratch?

Sincerely,
Michael

Hi Nitin,

It all depends on the theme of your boot camp, the space available, the number of participants and your budget. Here are some answers to a similar question:

You can use this equipment for both boot camps. I hope this helps.

Best,
Harris

I definitely encourage you to consider the questions Harris raised. Also, is there a particular age group you’re looking to attract for your fitness classes?

From the boot camps/group fitness classes I’ve organized and instructed in the past, I found the following list of props to be the one’s I’d consider most essential:

-Dumbbells
-Medicine balls or Sandbells
-Jump ropes (to use for both jumping and other cardio drills/games where they’re used as an obstacle on the ground)
-Cones (but you could really use dumbells or Sandbells in place of these for a variety of cardio drills/games)
-Exercise tubes (in a few different resistances)

How does that list sound to you? Do you feel you’d be able to provide a variety of exercises to your participants using just those props?

Best of luck to you with your group fitness classes!

/Agree with the above posts. You’d have to factor in your marketed demographic, what they want and what form of class you want to provide.

Exercise Tubes are relatively inexpensive and easy to carry where ever you lead class – something to consider
