1. Some one who is post stroke
2. Anyone with a Cardiac Disorder
3. Anyone with Diabetes (need to watch their sugars & know it before they start each workout).
4. Anyone with Hypertension (HTN) especially if they are not well at regulating it.
Hope your question was a little bit more in depth, however, pretty much anyone who’s not a 100% healthy adult probably needs to be supervised.’
