MyZone or Polar Club?
MYZONE has a unique point system that rewards the effort exercisers put in. This point system known as “MEPS” creates a level playing field (like a golf handicap) and makes it easy to prescribe workload, set goals, and have users compete socially – it can be used for HR science (aerobic / anaerobic / heart rate recovery etc) but the points system is designed to distil data and make it really simple for the end user. The MYZONE user app is social, and ties into the world health organization’s recommendation for physical activity when it comes to status credits and then like.
