I’m trying to purchase insurance through your site and it’s asking for my member #. I’ve looked everywhere on my account and can’t find a #.

My number is on the bar w.ideafit.com/user/……….at the top of the screen.

And when you go to your account. Your number is on the web address at the top of your computer screen. After the ideafit.com/myaccount/123456 for example.

And you can call IDEA at 800-999-4332. Great customer service.

You can find your membership number in the web address on a PC or you can call up IdeaFit for the info.
