My client, female 38 only about 6 more lbs to lose in the next two weeks for a trip to Hawaii, wants to start taking the supplements IDEAL. They force your body into a ketosis and help you to burn fat more efficiently (that is what is claimed). I am hesitant to this but she is not losing the weight quickly enough for her goal. Any suggestions?
I am trained by ACE that supplements is not the way to go, not to mention, that topic is out of my scope of practice. My personal gut feeling is also the same: stay away from supplements and rethink the client’s goal. I would go over the SMART goals with the client to reassure the person about their journey for a healthy lifestyle.
