Many people really enjoy working out while listening to music…it motivates us…keeps us moving…pumps us with energy….so I just want feedback…what songs really get you moving and motivated?
The best thing a trainer or group instructor can do is tailor the music to the class or person. Just ask what they like and play it. Everyone is different and motivated by different music as evident by the responses here. 🙂 We are doing a good job by preparing.
