I would love to do more mobile training, but currently I am without a car (it is broken down and costs too much to fix). I live in Baltimore where public transit is pretty decent, but I would imagine that I can only go so far before taking public transit would be an obstacle to productivity (it is now that it takes me an hour to get to work at the gym). I’m sure I can carry resistance tubing and other lightweight equipment with me but does anyone have any practical ideas for starting my mobile business without a car (which will help me make enough money to buy a small cheap car)? Thanks in advance!
How about traveling with a folding bike and a backpack? That would allow you to take the subway, buses, … while getting some extra training yourself on the way to seeing your clients. You’d also be a role model.
Another idea is to try getting into a residential building where they have a club house or fitness room. Less traveling, word of mouth advertising once you are in, time and gas savings, … it’s a win-win!
Hope this helps!
