Hello! I am looking for some ideas for a mobile training business name. I have read a lot of people say to stick to your name, however, my last name is my married name and I am now divorced. Just in case my last name ever changes I don’t really want to keep the Reece in the business part.
I am starting to feel like naming a business is like naming a child…lol and I am super picky about naming my children.
Here are a few things. Even though I am open to training anyone I would prefer my niche to be women/mothers who are trying to regain confidence after having a baby or women want to lose weight. I want the name to mean something like strong or fierce or warrior, something badass.
The next thing is I would like to be mobile. So, I feel like that should be in the name. Stating what I do.
The only idea I had is FierceFlexibleFitness (please no one steal this!) LOL
What does everyone think? Do you have any suggestions? Ideas?
Thanks in advance!
Hello Missy Reece,
If that is what you like, then go with it. You could combine the words, use initials, first and middle name. You have three Fs, this is for females, put the words together: FemierceFlexess and so on, play with the words. I will not go farther so you can come up with something new from yourself to register. You can explain details of your business to people when they call you.
Enjoy being creative,

I know it is hard to come up with a name! I had chosen one and went to get the domain, and it was trademarked. I eventually went with something simple, straight-forward, and something everyone needs to do–Start Moving Fitness. In my experience, however, the name will mean a lot to you, but people will come to you for your training and not the name. That being said, you want it to be the right fit. You are the best person to determine that…..
A few things to consider are 1. Is it easy to remember? 2. Is it easy to type or long and difficult for a website address? 3. Will people recognize the name right away as a personal training business? 4. Is the domain name available to create a website if you are going to do that (I found many names that I wanted were already taken!). 5. Does it reflect you and your services?
Just a few points to consider. Also, one other suggestion is to use thesaurus.com if you get stuck on words and want something similar. You can look for synonyms of fierce (like powerful, etc.). I used it a lot and it was helpful! 🙂
Best of luck to you!
