May I text my clients and ask them how they are progressing with respect to their aerobic workouts?

Texting is not the way to go to discuss a workout, however I do have a few clients who check in with me via email on daily basis as part of their program which is one way they “stay on track”
I will email clients articles that pertain to an area of interest or check in asking how they are feeling after a particular workout!
I text time changes and have no problem with any of my clients being bothered!
