Your best bet would be to call IDEA directly, or to google Aqua certifications and call one of those agencies. The site you posted on (IDEA) isn’t a certifying body.
There are a lot of aqua-certified instructors on this board. If you have a question about aqua fitness, they may be able to answer you.
