March is National Nutrition Month
This question is two-fold, please feel free answer either or both questions:
1) Are you doing anything special or implementing a new program to recognize nutritional health on a higher level either for your own life or for your clients/members?
2) I was starting to research implementing a nutritional program at my gym.
The first phase that I am in now is just simple assessment of my members interest in the program and how detailed of a program they would want.
What would be some important questions I could ask them to draw out whether they would take advantage of the program?
I did find the following article that was helpful to my own question, but wanted to get more ideas for assessing my members’ needs.

Hello Lawrence with Gym Insight,
Haha, if I get red faced working in the garden planting kale and my relatives are from nearby Russia, am I planting red russian kale? That is my agriculture group…gardening, along with the farmer’s market, for whatever else I have no room to plant or gets eaten by insects… Grrr.
I would ask how ready someone is to adopt your nutrition program on a scale of one to ten, like health coaches ask. An answer less than four will let you know that they are not yet ready. Which in that case, you start off with their favorite responses.
I hope this helps.
By the way, every month is health and nutrition awareness around here. March is the time to plant the peas.
Take care.
