This question is two-fold, please feel free answer either or both questions:
1) Are you doing anything special or implementing a new program to recognize nutritional health on a higher level either for your own life or for your clients/members?
2) I was starting to research implementing a nutritional program at my gym.
The first phase that I am in now is just simple assessment of my members interest in the program and how detailed of a program they would want.
What would be some important questions I could ask them to draw out whether they would take advantage of the program?
I did find the following article that was helpful to my own question, but wanted to get more ideas for assessing my members’ needs.
I must confess that it is purely coincidental that I have joined a CSA (Consumer Supported Agriculture) this month. Now, that you have kindly brought the National Nutrition Month to my awareness, I’ll spout this as my personal plan.
What I will do, however, is to share this with my clients and class participants and provide them with recipes for all this ‘exotic’ local greenery after they have been approved in my “test kitchen”.
