I work in a hydrotherapy pool and try to give my clients the best workouts I can think of. However, I do have those certain clients who cancel what seems about every other week. I am thinking I need to give them more of a reason to come in other than exercise and I would really like to add a component or two to try to “make it fun” for them and so they don’t always feel like they are working out. (Most of them are older and set in their ways so they can be a challenge already). For some of my clients I have played tug of war, encouraged boxing aimmed at me, had noodle fights, played with the medicine ball etc. But I am open to all sorts of suggestions that can be adapted to the pool.
Thanks in advance!
I would suggest altering your contract with your members so you don’t lose money every time they cancel. A lot of gyms do this so you wont scare members away. However, making things more fun never hurts, just make sure you market it correctly so people know that it will be a fun experience.
