lyme disease treatment?
Hi Linda,
that’s one where you have to follow your intuition because no two cases are the same. Lyme’s disease manifests itself so differently. I would definitely get a physician’s approval but I am sure you have already thought of that yourself.
Good luck.

Hello Linda King,
Yes, fatigue takes over big time. Walking outdoors short distances, trying to get the body heat raised in fresh air helps. While still warm, try a warm bath to heat the spirochete out of the system; supposedly the spirochete dislikes heat. That should be a motivator for lyme sufferers. Listen to the body and work with the doctors’ advice. Try to find a homeopath for more help and eat very cleanly so the body can heal itself. I hope this helps.
Good luck,
Natalie aka NAPS 2 B Fit.
I have not worked with a client one on one. But a few of the people in my aquatic classes have been living with this for a while. They do what they feel up to and rest as much as they need to do. One person built up to doing the entire class. The class is in a warm exercise pool, 86 – 90 degrees. All reported benefiting from the classes.
