General low calorie snacks that I like for anyone who does not have food allergies or other special dietary requirements include fruit - of course, reduced fat peanut butter and wheat crackers, or reduced/low fat yogurt.

My belief is to eat well at "meal time" so you don't have to snack

It would be great to enlist the advice of a nutritionist and review your eating in general.

Hello Eunice,

Why do they have to be low calorie? Healthy options like yogurt, fruit, vegetable, natural peanut butter and whole grain are good for you and not critical to keep calorie counts. That makes them even better choices.
Take care.

Do not think in terms of "low calorie" snacks, they can be high-calories and healthy, yummy and great for us, too! let's think.... going nuts! Brazilian Nuts have selenium et al, all sorts of nuts, just not too much. They provide us with exceptional nutrition and healthy type of fats. Enjoy! (Not to mention fruits, steel-cut oatmeal and other yummies around!)... :-)

Kale chips - very easy too. Pull leaves off stem, little olive oil, sea salt and bake

You are askin 4 it w/a genral question like that or maybe u r lookin 4 somthin new to try. Sure to generate suggestions...

I think if u keep the body in a higher functioning state snacks become just like every other fill up a robust, nutritionally dense MEAL.

Don't go crazy over low calorie. People really don't actually take in enough when exercising chasing a number.

I've generally noticed sodium & vice versa anyways...

Bananas, I think they are the best. Some protein, a bit of fat and loads of potassium.
