Looking to share personal training studio ?
Hi Dave. Though your post here doesn’t ask about or imply that you haven’t already done your ‘homework’ on leasing your space, I just thought that I’d address some of the bases that you want to make sure you’ve covered before leasing part of your space. Some of the questions you need to ask yourself (and the potential lessee) are: Are they insured? Do you want them to add you/your company as an ‘Additional Insured’ on their policy? Does their training philosophy support (or at least not conflict) with yours? Are they truly a lessee, or a employee or something else? What is a fair rental rate? Will there be limitations on their access to your space, and if not, how are scheduling and scheduling conflicts handled?
These are just a few of the questions and answers that you want to make sure of before moving forward with leasing your space in my opinion.
I hope that this helps.

I would try to find someone that you have worked with before or someone a colleague with a good reputation likes.
