Looking into starting a bootcamp. Is there a method or an app to check in paid clients?
I’m not sure about apps, but I’ve found spreadsheet style rosters to be very effective. Try using a wide column on the left side of the page for your clients’ names, and put dates/session numbers across the top row. When they show up to class, put a check mark by their name. It makes it easy to track how many times they’ve come to class.
I’m just using a roster that seems almost identical to what Stephen is describing. There may be apps, but I like having hard copies that I can easily look at. You can certainly backup the files from your phone, or maybe even print them, but I’m not sure it is worth the trouble.

Hi Saare,
Im not sure about any apps but I do know that our gym management software (MoSo) clients can sign up for trials, join, book classes and training sessions, pay bills, print usage reports, and update their account at home, on a mobile device, or on a Kiosk in your gym. You can also run referral marketing programs via Facebook and Twitter that help members promote you to their friends in a single update. All integrated directly with your software…and a whole lot more!
If you have any more questions please feel free to message me at [email protected]
Hope this helps!
I’m actually planning to add this feature into www.gympro.com soon Saare – it will complement our already existing feature of adding client groups to sessions. If you create a free account you will definitely get an email notification when it’s done and dusted 😉
