Depending on how old, and how fit you might consider a chair yoga workshop. For a very fit community it is not as important, but all the places I work that offer chair classes are well attended…. for adults of any age with joint issues, or balance issues, or recent knee replacement, or recent surgery of any kind, there are some great techniques for modifying yoga to be done seated, or standing and using the chair to help balance.
