Has anyone ever successfully developed a group of fellow fit pros to either practice together or share fitness ideas together? I’m thinking of developing a group in my local area to brainstorm. Not specific to a format, and I’m not going to provide CECs. More like fit pros kicking around ideas together.

As Paul answered above, this is a formal way but not always practical because it’s more fun in person and can happen more frequently if it’s a group in the same town. My experience anyway.
We’ve gotten groups of athletic and strength trainers together that work together at a facility or at several facilities and know eachother or went to school together. When we get together we just brainstorm about form during exercises, how to incorporate different equipment into planes of motion, etc. It’s super fun and everyone can contribute.
I’ve also done 2 person workouts with another pro, exchanging: one pro may organize the workout one session, then the other the next. This works really well with 2 people who have different modality training.
No limits Nancy. The group can be whatever you’d like it to be…:)
