Hello Sandra. I definitely also advise that whatever ‘template’ form you find, please, please, please have an experienced business attorney review, and revise it to your specific needs BEFORE you start using it. In my opinion, the only real advantage of locating a template liability waiver is that it gives you a basis to work from with your attorney. It’s meant to supplement that conversation with an attorney, not replace it.
