Liability waiver – corporate fitness

I have been contracted by a company to provide hour-long classes to its employees. Class size will vary from 3-8 I am told. Do I need a liability waiver from the company; or a waiver from each participant; or, both?

Of course the ultimate answer is yours to make, but in my practice when I’m working with a corporate client, I get individual waivers from each participant. I hope this helps.
