I work with soanishbspeaming clients who prefer their forms in Spanish . Do you know where I can find forms in Spanish ?

Call the customer service people at IDEA, 800-999-4332. The IDEA waiver they have shouldn’t be too hard to get translated to Spanish.

Since I don’t read Spanish, I don’t want to google forms for you that I don’t know what they say. I’m fairly confident in the Par-Q because I know what that is supposed to say.

But you could try googling fitness liability waiver en espanol and see what comes up.
