Hi everyone: I’m starting to do some online personal training, but I’ve been having trouble figuring out what’s standard in terms of liability waivers for online business. Anyone have any experience with this? Any advice? Thanks!

It would be the same as in-person. Liability waivers only really hold water if you are not negligent. Whether you train online or in-person doesn’t matter.

You might wish to consult an attorney for this.

You could look up a bunch of liability forms and make one that is a composite of what you think is the best, then have an attorney review it. That will save some time and money.
