Recenlty came into a managerial position. The new owner knows little of how gyms work, and I am hoping to start booking many more training sessions for myself and other personal trainers. Does anyone have experience in premade contracts and electronic drawing systems? I was hoping to streamline and make the payments easier to sell to clients.
I was fortunate enough to have retained copies of agreements from former employers or companies trying to hire me for my services. i was a paralegal in NYC before 9/11 (some contract work) so I was comfortable reviewing and implementing what I wanted into my agreements.
Doing it this was is tricky an I wouldn’t really suggest it (McGyver BABY!!) Can throw more curves than u think, even after several reviews and adjustments. All business’ do not operate the same even in the same industry…
Maybe this is in my neck of the woods but, “swiping” isn’t the strongest selling tool. It adds convenience for some(younger demographic mostly) but that’s it. Maybe I’m jaded cause, the areas I operate in have been mangled by the big box gym’s eager to get everyone on their autodraft/payment system.
They abused & perverted the system and many in my target market are reluctant now. So use caution!!!
Their disregard 4 “SERVICE – RESPECT – & COMMUNITY WELL FARE” made & make it easier for me to compete…. ssshhhh(finger over lip), u didn’t hear that from me.
