Throughout my years in fitness, I’ve designed my own group-ex classes and launched them at clubs where I teach (before all of these pre-choregraphed formats started sprouting up, that’s what group-ex instructors did commonly).
Now, I have two formats that I think are worth branding. They’ve been successful at my gyms, and I feel like they offer something not yet saturated.
If you’ve designed a format and launched it as a CEC provider, how did you do it?
It seems like marketing investment plays a big part in it. RIPPED, Insanity, PiYO, LeBarre all have larger companies behind them.
