Job posting sites for private facility owners to find independent trainers to rent space?

Hello I’m looking for independent trainers in the LA area. It looks like most of the sites have trainers who are looking to be hired by a gym, rather than work independently. ISSA is good but no recent leads from them. Is there another site that has a database or following of private trainers who may be interested in renting space?
