Shane, this is the first time I’ve seen Jacob’s Ladder. I need to find someplace in NY to try it. It reminds me very much of the bear crawl. Seems to be sports conditioning specific from my perspective. I think it would be great for sports conditioning for American football or even people who take up mountain climbing as a sport.
