Thanks for your responses. My doctor suggested it but didn’t require it. So i’ve just been laying off or it and icing it. But Susan i’m thinking my situation might be kinda like yours because my shoulder feels fine while doing bicep curls and i have full range of movement in my shoulder so i don’t suspect rotator cuff. but anything involving my pectoralis such as bench press, cable fly’s, Incline chest press or even lateral raise gives me some discomfort and dull pain with soreness the next day or even that night even at low weight barring exercise. So i’m just now discovering this as i’ve been laying off the weights. So i’m thinking an MRI is the way to go.
