Like many of the others, I have been using TRX suspension training for several years as a primary component of training personally and for clients. It’s versatile, easy to set-up and use , and provides a foundation for functional training. It can be used safely and effectively by virtually anyone… the key is proper instruction and exercise progression. I feel TRX suspension training has lasting power.
I believe that ‘suspension training’ will continue to be a method of training in the future. Because of it’s versatility and mobility, I think that it will always have a place in most trainers’ tool kits of equipment.
