Is this for yourself or for clients? I wouldn’t recommend prefab workouts to anyone. Fitness isn’t a one size fits all. For newbies, sure look at the program designs on line. Get ideas, find new exercises. But then evaluate the needs of the exerciser. Do they need hamstring flexibility and improved strength balance with the quads? Do they lack wrist stability and forearm strength and endurance? Are they stable enough through the kinetic chain for squats or lunges? Arthritis? Past injuries? Spinal column issues? Most injuries in life are due to weaknesses, imbalances, poor posture and load bearing form/technique, and fatigue. Have you addressed these first? And if you have, you would already know what types of exercises will benefit yourself and others. Search for exercises to meet needs, not for a quick new routine.
