Is there a special diet or super foods that can help get that six pack?
Oh, wouldn’t it be nice if there was such a thing.
It is just that: a solid routine, hard work and clean food with sufficient protein to induce your body to build muscle. Not too much of it, though, so that the six pack (which you already have) is not concealed under a layer of body fat.
My clients are asking me similar questions every time I come back from the IDEA convention, hoping against hope, that there is some new scientific breakthrough that will help.
But at least take solace that, as a guy, you have a much greater chance to actually see your abs in the way you want.
Just keep up the hard work.
Despite the many claims out there, in my opinion, there really is no “super food” that’s going to do this for you. As Karin suggests, hard work, eating right (aka healthy), and consistency is the real “recipe” for you.
