There’s an exercise library that’s quite extensive. In addition, you can create and save programs for your clients from the exercise library and email the programs directly to the client, choosing the level of detail to send. Many of the exercises have video clips.
You can also search the database by type of equipment you have available and the fitness level of the participant, i.e. a beginning triceps exercise with dumbells, or an advanced ViPR exercise for the shoulder. Even though you already know a beginning dumbell triceps exercise, it’s nice that those moves are in there so you can drag & drop them into a new client’s workout so they can see the pictures and remind themselves of the form.
It’s not cheap, but it’s SLICK.
