I am trying give my clients fitness and nutrition goals (tasks) that they will completely and ideally report having done so. It would be nice if I am emailed or notified on incomplete tasks, but I am not sure if such a reporting app or program exists.
With some clients I have had them purchase a fitbit activity tracker. Then I friended them so I could look at their daily activity and very active minutes to get a good idea of how much activity they are getting and what kind of activity.
