Is there a good software for tracking weight training? Many I have found are more cardio based.

I’ve been using an app called Jefit for the last couple of years. It allows you track any kind of workout you want from cardio to weight training to plyometric training. There is a huge exercise database associated with it and if the exercises you are looking for are not there, you can add them. It also has on on-line component to help you set up your routines.
