I have used all of the systems in gym and home settings. I think in terms of features and value for money the jungle gym xt is probably the best overall option. I found the WOSS was ok for a while but it lacked adjustment options and didnt wear well. I put together an overview on seven options https://peakhealthpro.com/best-suspension-trainer-your-ultimate-guide/
I have 9 TRXs and 10 CrossCores, and I’ve been teaching suspension training 4-6 times a week since 2009.
IMO, CrossCore is the superior product. It’s not just a strap with a handle. The anchor is a pulley. The pulley makes a huge difference, allowing clients more exercise options for stabilizing and mobilizing in multiple planes of motion. Because it’s on a pulley, you can attach weights to it, making it a cable machine. It also works for partner – resisted exercises with one partner on each handle.
TRX has the brand name recognition, and they have a great education department. So I’ve applied their education to the use of the better product.
With any type of work-out, if you have clients for a long time, they get efficient at the workout and they can get bored, and/or stop gaining fitness. With the multitude of extra options I can use my CrossCore for, I’ve been able to keep it as the centerpiece of my small group training classes, adding a few accessory equipments here and there for variety and muscle confusion.
