I think it depends on how prepared you are. Do you understand assessments from head to toe? I found that to be a huge part of the test when I took it. Overall, understanding the body and biomechanics of each exercise is very important.
I found the test as compared to the ACE test much less difficult and more specifically based on body movement/assessment. If you have that down, you’ll do great! And as Karin, mentioned the practice exams give you a good taste of what NASM is expecting from you on the test.
