Is the NASM exam hard?
Did you ever take the exam? How did it go? I hope you studied well and passed. I love the NASM OPT model. I read the book cover to cover and was within 3 weeks of sitting for the exam when I got a job offer I couldn’t refuse and skipped the exam. I had ACE PT already, just wanted to upgrade to NASM. One of these days!
My business partners were looking for 2012 IRS W-2 yesterday and located a great service that has an online forms library . If people want 2012 IRS W-2 too , here’s http://pdf.ac/1RijL0

Hi, coming from someone who just took it – it is a hard test as any test is. However, the test requires a lot of studying. For example, if you know the underactive/overactive muscles on page 169 of the 4th edition of the the NASM book – you will do well. Know the professional conduct rules well, nutrition and supplement chapters. The test is based more on application than concept. The practice tests really did not help me, studying the book and knowing the content was more helpful. I was really nervous when I went in and came out as a Certified Personal Trainer. The NASM guideline sheet will tell you what to focus on and it’s a lot so pay attention to program design especially. Wish you well.
