Yes! The summer months can be slower with training–as this business can be very cyclical. Enjoy the down time, and for sure things will pick up again in September when work and school schedules are back in swing.
You can supplement by doing small group training or group fitness classes if you teach.
In addition, it could also be a good time to reach out to prior clients as a follow up to see how they are doing. It’s a good time to keep your connections going and make new ones.
