I would like to think that everyone can get a six-pack, but conditions have to be ideal and sometimes this is not realistic. Body fat must be low but there also has to be muscle tone. My six pack only shows when I eat enough calories to gain muscle as my body fat has always been low. I tend to hold what little fat I have on my rear end. You can’t always get a six-pack from a fat loss diet. The gym will make it show more.
