is it safe to jump on a BOSU and not have the seams bust out on you? is there a weight limit?

i jump on it and have clients use it too for jumping on to assist in pullups…just checking if this can wreck it or not

I don’t know if there is a weight limit. However, I do know that you can jump on the BOSU. The way I believe that it will get destroyed is if it is stored improperly or if it is pierced by something.

I have a BOSU and I jump on it. I do not remember if there was a weight limit for it. Please be careful having them jumping on it. The only things that I can think that wouls damage the BOSU is it getting puntured, improper storing or improper use of the BOSU.

There is always a limit. However, I have witnessed 566 lbs hopping happily away on it in my studio. So, its greater than that.

I have seen the seams of the Bosus loosening and moving out of their anchor rims. I believe that may happen when they are inflated too much. You may want to check for that periodically.

Other than that: HOP ALONG!

By the way: are you worried about the Bosus or about the clients 😉
