is it okay drinking protein when finish a meal like bread, beans, and ham pork all at once?

As Natalie said, there needs to be more information provided. But unless you’re a competitive bodybuilder or hard core strength athlete, protein supplements are generally not necessary, especially if your daily dietary intake includes meat, fish and dairy products. I’m still trying to figure out how you can go for a run & do ab exercises after that meal!
